Requirements:

To report a player, there are a few conditions to be considered:

• False reports will result in punishments for the poster.
• Providing evidence is encouraged (though not necessary) in order for staff to confirm. 
• Reporting a staff member should not be posted here but rather privately to a Manager (Staff member reports are taken seriously and have punishments for false reports). 
• If AI is used in the report, it will be automatically denied.

Format:

To report please answer the following questions with any screenshots at the bottom of the page.

1. What is your Minecraft username?

2. Who are you reporting? Include relevant username.

3. What are you reporting them for? Include specific rule if there is a relevant one.

4. What evidence do you have? 
For chat reports such as inappropriate discussions in chat, you can simply reference the time it took place.
