Requirements:

For a ban appeal to be considered, the following conditions must be met:

• A ban appeal hasn't been submitted by the player in the past 30 days
• If previously denied, only an extended time appeal will be considered
• A valid reason to appeal is provided (False behaviour, Unfair ban or Parole)
• The player hasn't been banned after a 'Parole' appeal
• The player hasn't evaded ban with an alt account in the past 10 months.
• AI hasn't been used to write any part of the appeal

Format:

Every appeal must start with answering the following four questions, and an additional question depending on what grounds you are appealing on.

1. What is your Minecraft username?

2. What platform/s were you banned from (Minecraft/Discord)?

3. What was the reason given for your ban?

4. On what grounds are you appealing (False behaviour, unfair ban or extended time)?

Basis of Appeal

False Behaviour:
For if you didn't do the action which got you banned. Examples could be: banned for using a hacked client when not, banned for griefing when given permission on external platform. 
5. Please provide any evidence or context to help clear up the situation.

Unfair Ban:
For if the action doesn't constitute for a ban either being an excessive punishment or for a rule not stated. Examples could be: banned for an insult as a first offense instead of being muted, banned for giving free loot to an alt account despite not being against the rules.
5. Please provide any evidence or context to support your case, and reasoning for why the punishment is unfair.

Parole:
For bans that occurred at least 6 months ago, appealing based on promising not to repeat offense. Examples could be: banned for exploiting a bug one year ago, selling items for money 7 months ago. If you are banned again after obtaining this appeal, you are no longer able to appeal based on Parole.
