Bug Drowning system

It would seem that the system put in place to drown does not work very well.
I made a little video of it which will be much more eloquent.

Hello

I'm sure they are already aware of this, but still want to thank you for reporting it.
This is caused since the code is checking for a fluid which doesn't seem to contain waterlogged blocks.
Will most likely be resolved with the next update.
